In the steps to creating our final portrait painting, we completed a photography workshop in order to experiment with light, color and portraiture. We worked with a partner and took portrait photos of each other, to move beside our painting or drawing skills, and look more into our photography skills. After taking a range of photos of my partner, I picked out the three that I thought stood out the most. I then went on to editing them, to experiment with different shades and textures. Below is the final three that I chose.
